Telephony

Bring your own SIP trunk and keep your number.

The agent connects to your existing carrier or PBX over standard SIP. No number porting required.

Presets

Presets for Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Plivo, Sinch, Bandwidth, Netgsm, Verimor, Sonitel and Bulutfon; generic SIP for everything else.

Number → assistant mapping

You decide which number routes to which assistant; several brands or lines in one console.

Transfer targets

Set the extensions or numbers to transfer to by topic and working hours; if nobody answers, a callback is scheduled.

SMS

Texts for order links and confirmations.

During a call the agent can send an order link or a confirmation text. SMS is off by default for every store; it only works when you switch it on, with the provider you choose.

external_id, status and created_at are required; a request with an unknown field is rejected. The full field list and your key are shared during setup.
